Return & Exchange Policy

At Cutie Pie, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

We do not offer returns once an order has been delivered. Kindly make sure to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged

• Wrong item received (misplaced order)

• Product received is defective

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Charges

• A flat exchange fee of Rs. 300 must be paid in advance to process the exchange request.

• Exchange will be arranged after confirmation of the advance payment.

Exchange Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging and tags (if any) must be intact.

• Exchanges will not be accepted if the request is made after 7 days of delivery.
